Lil Legacy Consultants does not operate as a general contractor. Any construction or site work is completed by the client’s chosen general contractor, with Lil Legacy Consultants providing site preparation consulting, coordination, and oversight through partnership or subcontractor agreements as needed. Each package includes one on-site meeting; all remaining consultations are conducted virtually unless additional on-site meetings are specified within the package.

Ideal for: First Time Clients ready to transition from concept to approved design. This service includes: 


- A comprehensive site assessment involving a septic designer, surveyor, and civil engineer to ensure thorough site preparation consulting.

- Coordination with a biologist to address any environmental or wetland considerations.

- Integration of septic design plans with all necessary supporting documentation.

- Management of the construction permitting process, including the submission and tracking of county permit applications.

- Continuous communication with county officials throughout the review process.

- A sewer/septic design package, with status updates (potentially subcontracted with a local designer if required).
